The City of Goodyear has entered into a cooperative purchasing agreement with Lloyd Consulting Group, LLC, for engineering services. The agreement is based on a contract between the 1Government Procurement Alliance (1GPA) and Lloyd Consulting Group, LLC. The City of Goodyear is a member of the 1GPA and is permitted to purchase materials, services, or construction under the 1GPA contract.
