Aluminum Sulfate

This contract is for the provision of aluminum sulfate to Orange County, Florida. The contract is a term contract for a period of one year, with an estimated contract award of $705,897.84. The contract may be renewed as provided in the Invitation for Bids. The contractor is required to provide the aluminum sulfate as specified in the Invitation for Bids, and the County is not obligated to purchase any minimum amount of products or services unless otherwise stipulated. • The contract is subject to the terms and conditions of the Invitation for Bids and the contract document. • The contractor is required to submit invoices in duplicate, referencing the contract number and the Delivery Order. • The contractor is required to provide the aluminum sulfate at the prices stated in the bid response, unless otherwise provided in the Invitation for Bids. • The contract may be cancelled or terminated as provided for in the Invitation for Bids.
