The contract is for job order contracting for electrical and/or electrical related projects for Harris Health. The contract was awarded to The Brandt Companies, LLC, and has a term of one year with four one-year renewal options. The contract is for an indefinite quantity, and the vendor will provide electrical and/or electrical related projects for small and large projects that may be of a recurring nature. • The contract was developed and issued as an RFP, and the evaluation and cost information remain confidential until the Board of Trustees approves the award and the Agreements are executed. • The Evaluation Committee consisted of representatives from Harris Health System’s Engineering Department and a representative from the Office of the Harris County Purchasing Agent. • The vendor was selected based on their experience, project methodology, and completed projects of similar size and scope.
