Professional Engineering Services for Ocean County Signal Optimization Projects, Various Municipalities No. II

This contract is for professional engineering services for Ocean County signal optimization projects in various municipalities. The contract was awarded to Urban Engineers, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $1,451,426.82. The scope of work includes providing licensed New Jersey Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Planners to perform the required services. The contract is contingent upon NJDOT approval and execution of a Task Order to fund the project. • The contract is for a term of one year, from November 1, 2023, to October 31, 2024. • The contract is awarded as a professional service in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5. • The contract number must be placed on all papers, documents, invoices, and vouchers pertaining to the contract. • Copies of the resolution and agreement will be maintained on file and available for public inspection in the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Commissioners.
