The City of Roseville is seeking professional consulting services to support the Utility in various areas of electric utility operations, planning, and industry matters. The scope of work includes electric industry regulatory support, feasibility analyses and rate making, asset inventory and evaluation, resource planning and procurement, environmental support, strategic planning and business consulting, and project management.
