Description
This contract provides comprehensive on‑site valve repair services—both scheduled outages and unscheduled emergencies—at the City of Spokane Waste‑to‑Energy Facility (WTEF). Work must be performed under prevailing‑wage rules and includes labor (straight‑time and overtime), mobilization/demobilization, travel, lodging, and a 5 % markup on parts/materials for unscheduled services.
