Annual Crack Seal FY15/16

The Town of Prescott Valley is seeking bids for the construction of the HOT MELT CRACK SEAL PROGRAM FISCAL YEAR 2015/2016 project. The work consists of furnishing all necessary labor, equipment, and incidentals required to place hot melt crack seal on roadways at various locations throughout the Town. The estimated value of the contract is $60,000. The bidding vendors are Turco, Top Job Asphalt, Cholla Pavement Maintenance, CBJ Asphalt & Concrete, and Graham Contractors. • The project involves hot melt crack seal installation on roadways. • The contract documents and plans can be obtained from the Prescott Valley website or by calling the Prescott Valley Public Works Department. • A non-mandatory pre-bid conference was held on September 16, 2015. • The bids were due on October 5, 2015, and the bid opening was held on the same day.
