Foundation Sustainment Services (FS2) Bridge Notice of Intent

This notice announces a sole‑source “bridge” contract for the Foundation Sustainment Services (FS2) program, extending the existing IDIQ support through April 2028. The contract will continue integration, software maintenance, operations support, and limited development for NGA’s Mapping, Charting & Geodesy (MC&G) capabilities across multiple mission areas. The bridge is structured as a cost‑plus fixed‑fee, cost‑reimbursement, and time‑and‑materials contract with a 12‑month base period, intended to avoid interruption while the follow‑on FS3i acquisition is finalized. • Scope covers aeronautical, maritime, topographic, geopolitical, elevation, geodesy, and controlled imagery services. • Awarded solely to Leidos under RFO 6.103‑1(c)(2) because no other source can meet agency requirements. • Funding flows from the National Geospatial‑Intelligence Agency, with the contract period April 2027 – April 2028.
