Exterior Wash, Wood Restoration & Staining

This contract awards a single vendor to clean, restore, and stain the exterior of the Appleton Flight Center (the FBO at Appleton International Airport). The work includes full‑building pressure washing, wood element restoration (beams, soffits, pergolas, privacy barrier), sanding, and application of a Sherwin‑Williams stain/sealant with a one‑year warranty. Work must be completed by June 30 2025, with liquidated damages of $50 per day for any delay, and must be performed during regular weekday hours (6:30 am‑3:30 pm). The county requires the contractor to provide extensive insurance coverage, indemnify the county, and maintain a substance‑abuse testing program.
