Description
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the Freeport Center CDL Driving Range at Davis Technical College. The project includes the construction of two new asphalt lots, mobilization and site clean up, erosion control, construction staking, and more. The construction cost estimate is $660,000.00.
• The project is located at 1 St and D St, Clearfield, Utah.
• A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, September 26, 2024.
• The bid documents will be available at 3:00 PM on Friday, September 20, 2024 on the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website.
• Only firms pre-qualified during Stage I of the RFS are allowed to bid on this project.
