PLASTIC FOLDING TABLES (HEP)

The County of Hawaii issued a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the supply and delivery of plastic folding tables to the Department of Public Works Building Division Carpenter Shop. The RFQ was procured under the Hawaii Governor's Homeless Emergency Proclamation dated October 16, 2015, and December 24, 2015. The quotation was required to be submitted with a unit price not exceeding four decimal places. However, the RFQ was cancelled as the prices received exceeded the budgeted amount. • The RFQ was for the supply of 3 plastic folding tables, with quantities possibly varying due to availability of funds. • The delivery deadline was August 31, 2016. • The quotation was required to include any applicable shipping and taxes. • The RFQ was cancelled and will not be re-quoted.
