SCBA CYLINDER REPAIR AND REQUALIFICATION

The County of Riverside is soliciting quotations for Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Cylinder Repair and Requalification Services. The selected contractor will perform services on-site at RCFD or at their own site, with options for transportation. The contract has a tentative award to L.N. Curtis and sons. The scope of work includes requalification testing of SCBA cylinders, with pricing provided per cylinder. • The contract is for a period of 4 years, with options for renewal. • The contractor must perform services in accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Title 49, Part 180. • The contract includes a local preference program, with a 5% price preference for bidders located within Riverside County. • The contractor must provide a copy of a Riverside Business Tax Certificate to qualify for local preference.
