C-101503 RFP 54-23 Yard Debris / Leaves Receiving Services

The City of Vancouver has contracted with Triangle Resources Inc. to provide yard debris and leaves receiving services. The contract includes the collection of yard debris from regular city operations, neighborhood cleanup programs, spring cleanup coupon programs, and fall leaves coupon programs. The contractor is also responsible for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining up-to-date hours and days of operation on their website. The contract has a maximum compensation of $350,000.00 USD and a term of three years, with the option for the City to offer a two-year extension. • The contractor is required to provide liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. • The contractor is responsible for complying with all relevant federal, state, and municipal laws. • The contractor is required to obtain a business license from the City of Vancouver. • The contractor is prohibited from discriminating against any employee or applicant for employment on the grounds of race, creed, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, age, or the presence of any sensory, mental, or physical handicap.
