Bond Counsel

The contract is for Bond Counsel services to be provided by GluckWalrath LLP to the Ocean County Board of Commissioners. The contract is for a period of one year, from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022, and has an estimated value of $125,000. The services to be provided include specialized legal services in connection with the authorization and issuance of bonds or notes of the County of Ocean. • The contract is awarded as a professional service in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5. • The services will be provided by licensed attorneys and constitute professional services as defined therein. • The contract is awarded in compliance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq., the New Jersey "Pay-to-Play” Law. • Funds for the services will be available within the following funding sources: 1. Capital Ordinances and 2. Department of Finance O.E.
