Roof Replacement at the Iowa Falls Maintenance Garage

The Iowa Department of Transportation (Iowa DOT) is seeking a contractor to replace the existing roof at the Iowa Falls Maintenance Garage. The contract includes the removal and replacement of existing roof materials, gutters, downspouts, and metal parapet and flashing. The contractor must provide all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to complete the project. The contract term is estimated to be from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. • The contractor must provide a 1-year warranty and a 20-year material warranty for the EPDM membrane. • The contractor must work during regular working hours or coordinate with the site supervisor. • The contractor must provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the project. • The contractor must replace the existing roof with a new vapor barrier, insulation, cover board, EPDM membrane, flashings, coping, and downspouts. • The contractor must follow the specifications and drawings provided by the Iowa DOT.
