IGA/FHSD Reclaimed Water Use Agmt

This contract is for the use of reclaimed water by the Town of Fountain Hills. The Fountain Hills Sanitary District will deliver the reclaimed water to the Town, which will use it for decorative lake and related fountain, park turf, and landscaping purposes. The contract has a term of 5 years, with the option to renew for successive 5-year terms. The Town is responsible for constructing and maintaining the necessary facilities to receive and use the reclaimed water, while the District is responsible for delivering the water and maintaining the distribution system.
