Test for Gas in Transformer Oil T&S

This contract is for the provision of testing services for gas in transformer oil for the City of Columbia's substation transformers on an as-needed basis. The contract has a term of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods. The contractor will provide testing services in accordance with the attached specifications, and the City will pay for the services within 30 days of invoice approval.
