Alcohol Distro/Irish-fest

This contract is for the provision of alcohol services for the Irish Fountain Fest, an annual event held in Fountain Hills, Arizona. The vendor, Crescent Crown Distributing, LLC, will provide various types of beer and hard seltzer at a "buy one, get one free" rate. The contract has an initial term of 11 days, with the option to renew for an additional one-year term. The total value of the contract is not to exceed $50,000. The scope of work includes the delivery of beer, setup and teardown of the beer garden, and assistance with the placement of beer to the bars on site. • The event is expected to attract over 8,000 visitors. • The vendor will provide a refrigerated truck and staff to assist with the transportation of beer. • The town will provide a dedicated outlet for the refer trailer. • The vendor will deliver the beer on the day of the event and pick it up after the event. • The town will pay the vendor for the full amount of the invoice, minus the "buy one, get one free" donation.
