Cold Mix Concrete

The City of Independence, Missouri is seeking a qualified supplier of cold mix concrete. The contract is for a one-year term with two possible one-year renewal periods. The vendor will provide cold mix concrete, Type F or equal, with a maximum aggregate size of 1/4" and an asphalt content of 4 to 6 percent. The city estimates that it will need 600 tons of cold mix concrete per year.
