JOC for Facility Modifications, Repair and Maintenance

This contract is for a Job Order Contract (JOC) for facility modifications, repair, and maintenance services. The contract is for a term of two years with three one-year renewal options. The City of Tucson has the right to select up to six contractors for this contract. The contract has an estimated budget of $4,000,000 for the first year. The contractor will provide labor, materials, and some design services for modifications, additions, improvements, and necessary tenant space revisions at various City buildings and facilities. The contractor will be required to hire licensed Architect/Engineering consultants for design, construction drawings, and specifications. The contract includes requirements for subcontractor selection, pricing, and contract appendices.
