SVC-ROWMOW/TEMP Roadside Mowing - Temporary Services

This contract is for temporary roadside mowing services in Punta Gorda, Florida. The services include mowing along US 41 from Airport Road to Royal Poinciana, in accordance with the attached specifications document #Q2010125Specs. The contract is a unit price contract, and the vendor is required to provide all necessary equipment, labor, and materials to complete the scope of work. The contract also includes terms and conditions for payment, invoicing, and change orders. • The contract is for a single cycle of roadside mowing. • The vendor must have experience in performing the scope of work in accordance with the specifications. • The vendor must provide copies of current FDOT MOT certification(s). • The contract includes a warranty for the services provided. • The contract has a payment term of NET 45 for non-construction/commodities, and NET 25 for construction. • The vendor must comply with the City's Change Order Policy. • The contract includes a clause for attorneys' fees in the event of a dispute.
