FRB SOUTH EAST PERIMETER ACCESS ROAD IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT

The County of Orange has awarded a contract to Armorcentric Inc. for the provision of Security Laminate Glass Protection for Heavy Equipment. The contract is for a firm-fixed price of $20,000 and is effective from June 22, 2020, to June 21, 2021. The scope of work includes the application of 14 mil 3-ply laminate protective coating on Heavy Equipment window panes on an as-needed basis. The contractor shall coordinate with the designated County contact at each landfill to arrange pick-up and delivery of window panes. • The contract includes pricing for different types of window panels, including side window panels, back window panels, and doors. • The contractor shall submit an invoice in arrears for materials and services provided, and payment will be made within 45 days after receipt of a correctly submitted invoice. • The contract includes provisions for payment terms, invoicing instructions, and electronic funds transfer. • The contract also includes provisions for changes, termination, and default. • The contractor shall maintain insurance coverage, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation, and shall provide certificates of insurance and endorsements to the County. • The contract includes provisions for confidentiality, compliance with laws, and indemnification.
