C-101206 ITB 23-08: NE Ross Street LID Retrofits

This contract is for the installation of two bioretention stormwater facilities, including plants, and two infiltration systems, including four total drywells. The contractor shall also install subsurface perforated pipes, storm mains, structures, and connect into the existing storm system and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The contract work shall be physically complete within 60 working days from the Notice to Proceed, and shall be performed between June 1st and August 31st, 2023. The contract includes provisions for payment, insurance, and indemnification. • The contract price is $942,156.00 USD, which includes 8.7% Washington State Sales Tax. • The contractor shall provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the full amount of the contract price. • The contractor shall maintain insurance coverage, including Commercial General Liability, Commercial Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, and Pollution Legal Liability. • The contract includes provisions for dispute resolution, termination, and amendments.
