Description
This contract establishes an on‑call, open‑ended professional services agreement for transportation planning, engineering, and consulting to support Fauquier County Government & Public Schools. The one‑year base term (July 1 2025 – June 30 2026) may be extended up to three additional one‑year periods, with a maximum aggregate ceiling of $6 million and a single‑project cap of $1.5 million. EPR, P.C. is the prime vendor, supported by Michael Baker International, Hill Studio, and Tischler Bise. The scope covers comprehensive planning updates, major land‑development application reviews, design support, impact‑fee analysis, grant assistance, and related project administration. Payments are on a net‑45 basis, with rates negotiated after award and subject to CPI adjustments.
