Inmate Work Program

This contract is for an inmate work program between the City of Tucson and the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry. The program provides inmate labor for landscaping, trash pickup, and general maintenance. The City of Tucson is responsible for providing tools, equipment, and supplies, as well as supervising the inmates. The Arizona Department of Corrections is responsible for providing the inmates and ensuring their safety and security. The contract includes provisions for payment, termination, and dispute resolution.
