Description
This agreement governs the placement, rental, and servicing of a temporary sanitation drop‑box on private property. The property owner indemnifies the City for any claims arising from the box’s use, except for the City’s own negligence, and agrees to the fee schedule (delivery, haul, rental, landfill tonnage, and optional same‑day surcharge). The City provides the box, empties it at least bi‑weekly, and bills the owner for each service rendered. Key points include:
• Mandatory placement ≥ 4 ft from structures on hard surface; owner assumes liability otherwise.
• Service must be scheduled ≥ 1 business day in advance; same‑day requests incur a $75 surcharge.
