2024 CDBG ADA PEDESTRIAN RAMP PROGRAM

The City of Allentown has awarded a contract to Construction Masters Services, LLC. for the 2024 CDBG ADA Pedestrian Ramp Program. The program aims to construct/reconstruct ADA ramps in accordance with the Americans with Disability Act and remove and dispose of sidewalk and/or concrete curb, located within the City limits. The contract was awarded based on the lowest most responsible bidder. The City will not execute a contract with a vendor that has not obtained a valid business license or has failed to provide the required insurance. • The contract is for the construction of ADA ramps in residential areas and areas where the City will complete roadway paving improvements. • The City will only receive sealed bids online via Public Purchase. • The contract was approved via resolution by Allentown City Council on October 16, 2024. • The vendor is required to obtain a valid business license and provide the required insurance. • The City of Allentown is an equal opportunity employer.
