PROVIDE AND APPLY MAGNESIUM CHLORIDE (MgCl2) AND CALCIUM CHLORIDE (CaCl2)

The County of Riverside is soliciting quotations from qualified vendors to provide and apply Magnesium Chloride and Calcium Chloride to various roads in the Western and Eastern Riverside County areas. The vendor will be responsible for delivering, spreading, and applying the material at a specific rate of application over a given square footage as determined by the TLMA project manager. The contract includes the following items: • Unit cost of Magnesium Chloride: $142.90 per ton • Unit cost of Calcium Chloride: $142.90 per ton • Demurrage: $90.00 per hour The County reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive any discrepancy or technicality. Orders may be placed on an as-needed basis to the lowest vendor that meets product availability to the County at the time of purchase.
