The City of Keene is replacing eight existing flow control gates at the wastewater treatment facility. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to furnish, install, and construct. The project also includes the demolition of the existing chlorinated water spray foam piping in both Aeration Basins.
