On-Call Engineering Design, Construction Management, and Inspection Services

The City of Hesperia is seeking the services of a qualified and experienced Consultant to provide on-call professional engineering design, construction management, and inspection services for a variety of miscellaneous public works projects on an as-needed basis. The contract is for a three-year period, from FY25-26 through 27-28. The services may include street and roadway improvements, storm drain system improvements, wastewater system improvements, water system improvements, traffic signal design and traffic engineering, engineering studies and reports, and other public infrastructure or municipal improvements. The contract was awarded to the top six ranking firms, including Angenious Engineering Services, Inc., Engineering Resources of Southern California, Inc. (ERSC), GHD, Inc., Michael Baker International, Psomas, and Transetch Engineers, Inc. • The contract is for on-call services, meaning that the City will call upon the consultants as needed to provide services. • The contract is for a three-year period, with the option for renewal. • The services may include a variety of public works projects, such as street and roadway improvements, storm drain system improvements, and wastewater system improvements. • The contract was awarded to six different firms, each of which will provide services on an as-needed basis. • The City of Hesperia is seeking experienced and qualified consultants to provide high-quality services.
