Description
The City of Punta Gorda solicited bids for vacant lot mowing services, but the contract was rejected due to restrictions and errors in minimum qualifications, correcting cycles reported, and correcting the bid schedule. The city will re-solicit the service. The contract requires the vendor to provide lot mowing and trimming services for program vacant lots and non-program violation vacant lots. The specifications contained herein are general in nature in relation to mowing of vacant lots. The bidder shall be experienced in performing the scope of work in accordance with the specifications and meet all minimum qualification requirements. Pricing proposed shall include all labor, fuel, transportation, insurance, equipment, materials, and all other incidentals to complete the scope of service.
