Description
The City of Punta Gorda solicited bids for a metal roof repair contract, but all bid responses were rejected due to being over budget. The contract involved repairing two metal roof systems at the Public Works/Utilities Campus. The scope of work included panel overlap seams, gutter seams, gutter downspout flanges, rake connection at parapet wall, ridge connection at parapet wall, parapet wall aluminum cap, and miscellaneous repair work. The City will not re-bid this requirement.
