Description
This contract concerns the nuisance abatement and demolition of multiple structures located at 3150 Riverside Drive, Mobile, AL. The scope includes wet demolition of buildings, footings, slabs, and masonry; capping and disconnecting sanitary sewer, water, and gas lines; complete site clean‑up (debris, tires, vegetation, small trees); preservation of an existing aluminum fence; filling voids; and extensive erosion‑ and sediment‑control measures. The contractor must also comply with lead‑based paint and asbestos best‑practice guidelines, submit before‑and‑after photographs, waste‑shipment records, and all required AIA close‑out documents, and publish a newspaper notice of final completion in Mobile County. The work must be completed within 30 calendar days after receipt of the notice‑to‑proceed.
