Intent to Award Sole Source - Air Boss to WM. David Schultz

This contract is a sole‑source award for Air Boss services at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware, covering the First State Airshow and Open House scheduled for June 10‑13 2027. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, generators, narration, public‑address audio, ground‑support logistics, and FAA coordination to operate the airshow safely and successfully. The scope includes Air Boss operational control, pilot safety briefings, narration, PA system installation and operation (including 5,000‑ft coverage for ≥ 50,000 spectators), generator‑powered audio equipment, and ground‑support for aircraft and vehicle movements.
