135.23.B6 Environmental Consulting Services

This contract is for environmental consulting services, including indoor environmental quality investigations, lead paint surveys, and asbestos monitoring. The contract has a base period of one year, with options to renew for up to 5 additional years. The contract value is not to exceed $150,000 annually, with a total contract value of $900,000 over the term of the contract. The contract includes provisions for billing and payment, taxes, and contractor representations and warranties. The contractor is required to provide all goods and services in accordance with the specifications and to exercise no administrative authority over the work of HCPSS employees. • The contract includes a provision for liquidated damages in the event of delays. • The contractor is required to maintain all confidential information in trust and confidence. • The contract includes a provision for technology-based instructional products to be consistent with Section 508 federal Rehabilitation Act standards. • The contractor is required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to data privacy and security. • The contract includes a provision for non-hiring of employees by the contractor or HCPSS. • The contractor is required to certify regarding U.S. government debarment, suspension, ineligibility, and voluntary exclusion.
