Description
The County of Riverside is soliciting quotations for a new Caterpillar 836K landfill compactor. The compactor will be used at the Badlands Sanitary Landfill Site to move and compact daily deliveries of trash. The contract includes the purchase of the compactor, training, and a 3-year power train warranty. The contract also includes the option to purchase a CAT Product Link subscription.
• The compactor must be delivered to the Badlands Sanitary Landfill Site.
• The vendor must comply with all State and Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines for the transportation and delivery of heavy duty equipment.
• The contract includes the purchase of manuals, including operator, parts, and repair manuals.
