Description
This contract calls for the delivery of comprehensive environmental‑remediation training programs to adult learners in the MassHire Central Region Workforce Development Area. The City of Worcester, using EPA Brownfields grant funds, will reimburse the vendor for certified coursework, case‑management, transportation, and a preparatory work‑readiness component over eight training cycles (10 trainees per cycle) spanning four years. The awardee must provide OSHA 40‑hr HAZWOPER, OSHA 10‑hr Construction Safety, Asbestos Awareness, and Massachusetts Hoisting Licenses, plus related support services, and must submit progress reports and final outcome data.
