This contract is for air quality assessment and monitoring services for Harris County Precinct 2. The vendor, Geotechnology Research Institute of the Houston Advanced Research Center (GTRI/HARC), will provide a comprehensive report on air quality data from stationary and supplemental air quality monitors. The contract includes a web-based interactive geographic data portal, known as the Air Quality Explorer, which will provide a holistic view of air quality, including trends and emissions sources, at the selected community scale or geographic area of concern. The contract also includes support for the development of a high-level greenhouse gas emissions inventory and analysis for Harris County and Precinct 2.
