Description
This contract awards the City of Mobile the right‑of‑way ditch‑mowing services for three defined geographic groups (Trinity Gardens, Cypress Shores, and Dauphin Island Parkway). The vendor must perform mowing, trimming, edging, litter/trash removal, and blowing on a schedule of one complete cycle every eight weeks, for up to four cycles between April 17 2022 and November 30 2022, with the possibility of extending the award for two additional years. All work must be performed with push mowers and string trimmers, maintain a grass height of 3–5 inches, and comply with OSHA, safety‑equipment, and no‑herbicide requirements. The City will award on a per‑item basis (as per Addendum 1) and will pay on a bi‑weekly basis based on the percentage of linear feet completed.
