This contract is for the supply of pipes, reinforced concrete, PVC, precast slabs, and related materials for delivery within Pinellas County. The contract does not include installation. The vendor, Southern Precast Concrete Corporation, will provide the materials at the prices listed in the pricing proposal. The contract has a term of 12 months, with the option to extend for four additional 12-month terms. The total expenditure under the contract will not exceed $470,580.00. • The contract includes insurance requirements, including workers' compensation, commercial general liability, and business automobile liability. • The vendor must provide a certificate of insurance and endorsement prior to the award of the contract. • The contract includes a scope of work and specifications for the materials to be provided. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to asbestos removal. • The contract includes a pricing proposal, which lists the prices for each item to be provided.
