POLYGRAPH TESTING SERVICES

This contract is for polygraph testing services to be provided to the County of Orange, Sheriff-Coroner Department. The contractor, Truth Be Told Polygraph LLC, will provide pre-employment polygraph testing services to the County's Sheriff-Coroner Sworn Law Enforcement Personnel Applicants and Professional Civilian Applicants. The contract has a term of 5 years, with a total contract value of $420,000 for the first initial two-year term. The contractor will be paid a fixed fee of $195 per polygraph examination, with no payment for "no shows". The contract includes provisions for confidentiality, compliance with laws, and indemnification.
