Space Programming and Cost Estimating Services

This contract is for space programming and cost estimating services to be provided by CBRE, Inc. to Pinellas County. The services include high-level space programming to determine optimized square footage and potential consolidations and/or adjacencies for in-scope locations and square footages. The contract also includes a review of facility investment needs across noted departments and the development of a phased implementation strategy for departmental workplace changes. The contract has a total value of $600,580 and is set to expire on April 8, 2029. • The contract includes a rough order of magnitude cost estimate of the cost of new facilities for impacted departments. • The contract includes a review of facility condition assessments and provides empirical data, including a detailed list of all deferred maintenance items and their associated capital improvement costs. • The contract includes support to determine a methodology to objectively prioritize where to invest, taking risk and consequence into account. • The contract includes a phased implementation strategy for departmental workplace changes. • The contract has a total value of $600,580.
