The University of Michigan is rebidding the renovation of the Les Paul Performance Center, a facility on its Ann Arbor campus. The scope includes repair, preparation, priming, and painting of existing wood columns, fascia, trim, and other exterior elements; removal and replacement of damaged wood components; interior stage board removal, replacement, and finishing; removal and replacement of both asphalt shingle and elastomeric membrane roofing systems; and related miscellaneous exterior work. Two optional alternates – composition siding replacement and column replacement – are also listed, potentially expanding the project’s total cost. The contract is structured as a competitive rebid with a single bidder (D&H Royale Construction LLC) submitting lump‑sum prices for each line item.
