Description
This contract is for the services, operations, maintenance, and management of the Fat, Oil, Grease Receiving and Dewatering (FOG) facility. The contract is between Pinellas County and Grease Depot, Inc. The contractor is responsible for operating and maintaining the facility, including providing solutions to operate, maintain, and manage it in an environmentally responsible manner. The contract has a term of 60 months, with the option to renew for an additional 60 months. The contract includes a guaranteed minimum monthly payment of $18,855.22.
