Information Technology (IT) Resources For BTS

This contract is for the provision of Information Technology (IT) resources for the Business Technology Services (BTS) department of Pinellas County. The contract is for a term of 5 years, with a total not-to-exceed amount of $5,000,000. The contractor, SoftSages, LLC DBA SoftSages Technology, will provide IT staff augmentation services and project-based IT staff services on an as-needed basis. The contract includes provisions for payment, invoicing, and dispute resolution, as well as requirements for insurance, confidentiality, and compliance with laws and regulations. Some of the key services that will be provided under this contract include applications development, data strategy and management, quality assurance, technology research, and customer support.
