The City of Mesa is awarding a three‑year, firm‑fixed‑price contract for the supply of various pavement preservation materials, including rejuvenating treatments, polymer‑modified emulsions, high‑density mineral bond, and liquid‑road products. The contract allows a primary and secondary vendor for each material group, requires current independent laboratory test reports, on‑site inventory, and strict delivery temperature and timing requirements.
