SVC-IFOUNTAIN/1213 Mtce & Repair Interactive Fountain

The City of Punta Gorda is seeking a vendor to provide maintenance and repair services for the Interactive Fountain located at Laishley Park. The selected vendor will be responsible for performing the scope of work in accordance with the specifications and meeting all minimum qualification requirements. The contract includes all labor, fuel, chemicals, materials, maintenance supplies/parts, transportation, insurance, equipment, and other incidentals to complete the scope of service. • The contract is for the maintenance and repair of a public water recreation attraction facility. • The vendor must currently hold the required license and/or certificate to provide services. • The contract includes a pre-bid conference and a question and clarification period. • The City of Punta Gorda utilizes WebEx to broadcast webinar events for formal solicitation openings and other meetings. • The vendor must submit a submittal package prior to the established due date and time. • Failure to submit a submittal package component deemed material prior to the established due date and time shall result in the rejection of the bidder's submittal package.
