Description
The Multnomah County Department of County Assets Division of Information Technology (DCA-IT) and the Multnomah County Department of County Human Services (DCHS) are seeking a technology solution to support the Preschool for All program. The solution should provide a public website and family account/application portal, an administrative portal, and a preschool provider portal. The solution should also provide features such as online application submission, prioritization of applications, matching of children to preschool providers, and tracking of enrollment and attendance. The contract is expected to be awarded to one or more suppliers, and the contract term will be negotiated at the time of contract award.
