Description
The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation are seeking a qualified consultant (or team) to develop a culturally‑focused early‑childhood curriculum and a complementary language‑learning mobile app for children birth‑to‑five. The work includes creating monthly “box‑type” play‑based curriculum kits that integrate tribal languages (nsəlxcin, titoqatimt, nxaʔamxčín) and cultural activities, as well as designing an app compatible with tablets and smart boards to extend learning at home and in the classroom. All deliverables must be submitted in editable and printable formats, with intellectual property transferred to the Tribes, and the project must be completed by June 30 2027.
