Roofing for Admin Building at TSTC in Marshall

The contract is for removing and replacing all composite shingles on the Administration Building at the Marshall campus of TSTC. The contract was awarded to Advanced Roofing Services, Inc. for a total of $72,052.80. The scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, insurance, and incidentals to complete the project. The contractor is required to carry insurance and provide a performance bond if the contract sum exceeds $100,000. The contractor must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to harassment, smoking, and firearms. • The contract requires the contractor to coordinate the scope of work with TSTC and provide written documentation of each warranty within 30 days after completion of services. • The contractor must perform all services in accordance with the latest edition of TSTC’s Uniform General Conditions. • The contractor is required to respond to notifications to plan and schedule services within two business days of the initial request made by TSTC. • The contractor shall maintain a traffic barricade of caution tape installed approximately 42” above finished floor unless otherwise stated. • All debris removal and cost of disposal shall be the responsibility of the contractor. • The contractor shall clean trash, debris, and sweep work area daily.
